We are looking for a Talent Manager with a strong recruitment and mentoring background to join a growing tech start-up. Working along side the Founders, the Talent Manager will be responsible for assessing quality of talent and mentoring ambitious young people to become future leaders through varied apprenticeship programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-quality talent professional to join a growing business with a strong mission. 

Background and Skills

  • Prior experience attracting talent, recognising potential and working with young professionals 
  • Passion to mentor and develop talent is essential 
  • An excellent communicator with strong empathy skills
  • Experience of working in a fast paced start up environment is helpful 
  • Results orientated and data driven professional with experience of tracking conversion metrics and making improvements to processes 


  • Attracting talent and matching professionals to suitable apprenticeships 
  • Coaching and developing young professionals 
  • Overseeing training days 
  • Work closely with the account management team to get timely feedback on candidates’ performance to improve their interviewing experience
