Sales and Account Manager
We are looking for a talented sales professional to join a London based startup on their journey to improve the teaching profession. This individual will be responsible for making contact with schools (customers) and providing feedback from customers to the technology team, in order to improve the experience and build a world-class technology platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join an impressive Founder at an early stage and help to shape the proposition.
You will have:
Experience in sales, ideally in the teaching profession. If not in the teaching profession, then B2B rather than B2C experience.
Excellent customer service skills and a highly personable manner.
An interest in how we can improve the world using technology and ideally some experience in a technology start-up.
Working alongside the commercial head of the business, you will be responsible for:
Making contact with new schools and on-boarding them to the platform.
Establishing long-term relationships with the schools and gathering customer feedback.
Working with the product and technology teams to implement changes.

The job is a full time job based in London but can be reduced to 4 days with 1 day from home if there is a need to. Two of the senior team do work flexibly so this isn’t culturally out of the norm.
Salary is negotiable depending on the person.
